Parent Council
Mission Statement: The mission of our school council is to enhance the Christian educational experience at St. Mary School by actively supporting and advising the staff, students and parents in “sharing the spirit”.
A small Parent Council met in September and we are eager to be a positive presence in our school community this year. Our council is a collective association of parents, teachers, secondary students, the principal and community representatives who work together to effectively support and enhance student learning.

We are meeting to plan our upcoming meet the staff BBQ event on
Thursday, September 2, 2010 at@ 7 PM in the school library.
We need helpers to plan and run this event (event scheduled for September 15, 2010).
Get involved! We need YOU to make Parent Council events happen!
We are recruiting Parent Council members, including executive members, members-at-large and event helpers.
Consider YOUR role on Parent Council! Please attend a meeting or contact us. Election of new executive members will be scheduled for our October meeting.
